Trend

Pennsylvania’s ranking has increased between 2009 and 2017, moving from 26th to 23rd. In actual percentages, 26.4% of Pennsylvanians had a Bachelor’s Degree in 2009, compared to 31.4% in 2017, a slightly ahead of the 50 state median at 30.8%.
